As a counselor who has worked in hospital and private practice settings for more than twenty years, I have deep experience helping people with a broad range of issues and concerns. We will focus on the skills and abilities you already have to reach treatment and recovery goals that you define. You don't have to hurt to heal. You can begin to feel better right now.

Because I have survived childhood trauma, combat, cancer, and much more, I have a foundation that allows me to help others move beyond suffering and to function more effectively and begin to thrive. I also am comfortable addressing issues of spirituality and sexuality from an accepting and non-judgmental perspective.

Along with my work as a counselor, I regularly train clinical professionals to be more effective in treating people. My program, Compassion In Action, is at the heart of my primary focus, helping spread compassion in effective and measurable ways. Immediate Appointments Available Tue/Wed/Thur 12:00-8:00
