I work with people of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, and races, on issues with relationships, loss, mood, anxiety, and personality disorders. I have experience in a variety of mental health arenas, where I've developed a focus on trauma and relational dynamics. I'm a Gottman-trained couples therapist and have an extensive group therapy background.
Through both a psychodynamic perspective and cognitive behavioral approach, my goal is to help you target your source of suffering, initiate breakthroughs and step into your true potential.
