I help clients better understand their emotional world and develop practical skills for navigating anxiety, stress, and relationships. My work draws from DBT, mindfulness, and values-based approaches. I offer individual therapy, a DBT skills group, and a happiness-focused process group that supports emotional balance, meaning, and lasting change.

Claiming Happiness is a DBT-informed psychoeducational and process group for adults seeking practical tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and well-being. The group integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, mindfulness, neuroscience, and positive psychology to help participants manage stress, strengthen relationships, and build a more meaningful life. Participants learn skills such as mindfulness, paced breathing, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness while exploring how values and intentional habits support lasting happiness.
