I work with adult men and women that are ready to work through trauma, depression, anxiety, identity development, emotional regulation skills and addiction. I also work with couples to help their relationship become more healthily attached. The Gottman Method and EFT therapy are two approaches to couples counseling that I have received training, and apply to my work with couples. I am also EMDR trained, and work with individuals in their trauma through an EMDR lens.
