I work with various therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic, DBT, Emotional Efficacy therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I offer interventions, tools, and a space for you to process emotions, begin healing, learn new responses, and move toward self-regulation.
