We work in a collaborative manner with you. Your clinician will spend a lot of time getting to know you, and helping you to feel comfortable with the process of testing or therapy. Our clinicians use CBT, psychodynamic, and mentalization-based treatments. We may give a person homework to do in-between sessions. Some people find such activities insightful.
Chicago Psychology Services is handicapped accessible, and easily accessible from public transportation, in a large office building. There is security at the front desk, and the office is accessed with an elevator. The space is quite, calm, and clean. We offer daytime, evening and weekend hours.
