I integrate acceptance-based therapy with an interpersonal approach to help you become more active in your life while exploring who you are and how you relate to the world.
My areas of specialization include depression, identity development, and relationship concerns. I am board certified in transgender mental health and have expertise in sexual orientation and gender identity development. I also work as a university psychologist at Florida International University providing counseling to students.
