About
Do you feel you could use a new direction in your life? My relaxed style and curiosity about what makes a happy and healthy day, week, or year will help us to build the path for your own life that you’ve been hoping for. It’s easy to get off track with stresses and demands of daily responsibilities. Anxiety and depression can frustrate our best efforts. For men, it can be especially difficult to take time to evaluate where we are taking our life. I’m especially passionate about talking with men and women, young and old, about the unique demands of the past few years.
Has your “I do” turned into “I don’t know if this is what I want”? Do you feel stuck? Do you feel lonely in your relationship? This isn’t what you imagined your future to be. Couples have unique issues and challenges. It’s hard to get on the same page. We can work together to make new agreements and define the relationship based off current realities.
You are not defined by your struggles, but rather how you meet those challenges. Our open and honest discussions about what you want and how to get there always bring up what we think we “should” be doing, versus what we really want. Working on ourselves becomes more like a relief and less like work as we improve our close relationships and ourselves.
