Scott is an individual therapist who sees teens (15+) and adults. Scott believes in meeting people where they are at in their mental health journey. His style of therapy would be described as warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative.
I believe trust between client and therapist is the key to success and that this is achieved with an empathic and non-judgmental approach. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help give individuals the skills needed to cope and thrive.
Outside of work, my hobbies include playing board and video games, reading fantasy/science-fiction books, watching the latest Marvel/DC/Star Wars films, spending time with my cats, and participating in a music group.
