My clients are thoughtful, intelligent individuals who may seem “put together” on the outside but often struggle beneath the surface. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in your way and focus on tangible steps that help you feel better and move forward.
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, explore what’s been happening in your life, and set clear, realistic goals for therapy. From there, we’ll create a plan that supports both short-term relief and long-term growth.
