We all want to be happy, to have a mind and heart at ease. And yet for so many of us, our minds are caught in worry about the future and regrets about the past. We feel stressed and overwhelmed. Our relationships may be fraught with conflict or distant and unsatisfying. And yet happiness is not so far away as it might sometimes seem. It is a practice that we can learn to cultivate in each moment. Therapy is no guarantee that we will always be happy, but with patience and dedication, each of us has the capacity to become happier, more loving, and more self-realized.

I enjoy working with people who seek to understand themselves and others more deeply. Maybe you are facing a major life transition or are struggling with lifelong difficulties with anxiety or depression. Maybe you want to improve your relationships with others or yourself. Whatever concerns you, I am here to listen deeply and see how I can be of help.

I offer you my compassionate, wise attention developed over 15 years of practice of depth psychology and mindfulness. I will help you learn to be still in the midst of your suffering so that you can find the peace available in the present moment. Together we will embrace your pain and learn what it has to teach you about leading a more fulfilling life.
