I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples who may be feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use, or other emotional difficulties. Many clients come to therapy looking for support, clarity, and practical tools to help them better understand themselves and navigate what they are facing. Using diverse therapy modalities allows me to provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients can build healthy coping skills, strengthen insight, and move towards meaningful change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each clients' needs. I take a trauma-informed approach implementing Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness techniques . I strive to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotion and build practical and healthy coping skills.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and reaching out is often the hardest part. You do not need to have everything figured out to begin.
