Teen/adolescent mental health is my primary speciality. I also work with adults and try to utilize a common sense approach to finding solutions to complex problems. I will work with you to find a solution as soon as possible and make every attempt to use a brief model of treatment. As mentioned, my primary specialty is working with young people with behavioral issues and helping families with teens that are struggling. I try to utilize a common sense approach to even the most complex issues and truly enjoy helping clients become successful and move forward in life, not backwards.
My primary specialty is working with adolescents (teens) with severe behavioral and emotional issues. I also have a secondary specialty in working with families that are in crisis because of marital, family and child/teen issues. These common problems can be helped by the common sense approaches that I employ.
Teens need someone safe to talk with who will give them real guidance on the problems they are having. This difficult balance is essential to their growth. Adults also need this and I think my approach/model that works very well and I will be happy to do my best to help you or your teen through these challenges.
