I believe that improving your relationship with yourself improves everything. No matter what your presenting issues are, you are there as part of the equation. My approach is both practical and insight-oriented, and my goal is to help you understand what ways you can better take care of yourself by providing you the skills you need, and a vision to become who you want to be.
I have over 25 years experience in helping people like yourself deal with both problems that come from within oneself and from out in the world. I am especially interested in, and successful at, working with high functioning, high achieving individuals who struggle to find a work/home balance, and hunger for a community of like-minded individuals.
