Are you in the middle of a life transition such as a loss, career change, relationship breakup, or spiritual crisis? Are you noticing that you lack motivation? Are you afraid of feelings that seem to appear out of nowhere? I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore all of these questions and to support you in your difficult times. We will also explore ways to be resilient in the face of your struggles.
I like to characterize my therapy practice as relational. That means to me exploring the many different relationships that occur in our lives, including relationship to our selves, to others, to the world and to spirit. Through this exploration many of the problems you might present with become more managable.
Additionally to my training in psychotherapy, I bring a wide array of life experience into the therapy room. Such experience deepens my ability to create a compassionate, warm environment in which we may explore those areas of your life that are creating obstacles for you. All topics are welcome.
