Becoming a dad (along with other transitions as an adult man) often comes with high personal standards and demands on yourself. If you are feeling irritable, "invisible", or experiencing increased depression or anxiety/worry then you are not alone. You deserve support with everything you're carrying. We often feel pressure to stay strong, keep quiet, and "push through". I often hear from moms wishing their partner had gone to therapy during the postpartum period, while dads report improvements when they come in. Attending therapy is a process and decision that takes courage to make new changes and learn new strategies.

I take pride in helping men become more present dads, tackle relationship challenges, learn new tools, and improve communication. My strategies are tailored for the individual in finding ways to change patterns, stay grounded, and reduce stress, anxiety, etc. I provide virtual therapy for men in PA along with in office appointments near Wayne/main line.

I know how intimidating and difficult finding a therapist is and appreciate the time you are taking in looking at my profile.
