About
I believe that at times, all of us in life struggle with difficult emotions that negatively impact our jobs, relationships, and daily activities. Often, we are too involved in the necessity of “getting through it” that we don’t realize there is a better way. I specialize in treating adolescent mental health and addiction, phase of life challenges, and men's issues. If you or a loved one want to explore how treatment can help, or you need help encouraging a loved one to explore treatment. I pride myself on providing a safe, judgement free zone for all issues and want to help guide you through this area of life.
My practice is focused on helping you to recognize patterns in your life through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to maximize your strengths and feel better about yourself, life, and your loved ones.
Life is about relationships, and I am committed to building a genuine connection that facilitates meaningful conversation and self-empowerment. I pride myself on providing you the skills to successfully talk through these areas when you are ready, and not a moment before.
