This is a Two Hour intensive session to understand the mechanisms of healing in your relationship.

I help couples understand the mechanisms behind safety, connection, and breakdown. Using attachment theory, nervous system regulation, and somatic process work, we map what’s happening and why. When you understand the energetics of relationship and healing, you can become the engineers of real change rather than repeating the same cycles.

Most couples don’t fail from lack of effort, but from lack of understanding. I offer a half-price initial couples intensive designed to slow things down, identify the real dynamics at play, and determine what’s possible. I’m the author of SAFE: The Minimum Standard for Intimacy. This first session is about orientation, not pressure.
