About
The world is a broken place and my goal is to help clients walk through their brokenness in order to thrive. I cannot take the pain away, but I can walk with you through it and give you tools to take with you on your journey. I have a heart for good marriages and want to encourage you as a team in order to work together and not against each other. Relationships are vital to our community and our health and my desire is to empower you to build long lasting healthy relationships.
I am pretty eclectic in my approach and like to tailor my sessions to my clients needs. I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I am a brainspotting practitioner, and I am also a certified health coach.
I know it can be difficult to get help. It's vulnerable, it's raw, and it's real. However, I invite you to reach out and take the first step toward change.
