Taking the first step toward feeling more empowered, at ease or centered in your life is a brave one. I am here to walk alongside you as we identify your goals and work together to achieve them. I am a Clinical Social Worker with over 28 years of clinical experience and am licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Maine. My practice focus is in the provision of care to adults and couples, with particular emphasis on serving the LGBTQIA+ community, those navigating transition and poly/cnm relationships. I have an office located in Westford but use a telehealth platform for most visits.
I am a queer-identified individual and couples' therapist. My practice is relational at its foundation and is informed by clinical practices that have been shown to be helpful in managing the symptoms and ways of being that cause distress or undermine relationships and well being. .
Beginning the process of identifying a treatment provider that will work for you isn't easy, especially when you may be experiencing things in your life that make taking such steps even more of a challenge. Please feel very free to reach out. I look forward to hearing from you.
