I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I specialize in working with teens, adults, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I work primarily with teens and adults struggling with trauma, depression, self-harm, ADD, mood disorders, attachment issues, personality disorders, and grief. I am also a late night therapist for individuals with busy schedules.
I utilize a holistic and eclectic approach that includes a combination of modalities, such as psychodynamic, attachment theory, person-centered, narrative therapy, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and spirituality in order to best address the unique needs of each individual. I have experience working with individuals from numerous backgrounds.
I am very passionate about my work as a therapist and I seek to provide a non-judgmental space to ensure that clients feel safe to fully express themselves. I am compassionate and open minded in my approach. I seek to assist each individual with exploring core issues by improving insight and utilizing individual strengths to cope with a variety of stressors.
