I work with teens, adults, couples, and families. While I prefer an eclectic approach, I tend to pull from CBT, DBT, Humanistic, and Psychodynamic theories - as well as the principles of 12-Step Recovery. No matter what type of therapy I'm practicing, my goal is to meet my clients where they're at with warmth and understanding.
