I treat adult individuals (aged 25 and above). I engage in therapy for anxiety, negative emotions, adjustment to life events, depression, moodiness, stress management, and work related issues. My clients come from diverse work backgrounds: fire and police personnel, nurses, counselors, teachers, former athletes, artists, and homemakers.
I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Functional Analytic Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
