The bulk of my practice is treating trauma, depression and anxiety in the many ways they manifest themselves. My goal is to help you live the life you choose. This may take us to your past, focus on the present, or require resolving spiritual and philosophical conflicts. I follow your lead.
One of my most powerful tools in my toolbox is EMDR. When appropriate, it can help your conscious, logical self and your unconscious, emotional self begin to work together instead of in opposition. The result is healing and growth, way beyond just managing.
