The creative process can also reframe one's view of their problems and challenges which can lead to improved mental health and well being.
The creative process can encompass all stages in one’s life. Art is a developmental process for every child and can also be for adults. The best preparation for a child's future is to give that child a fair chance for a healthy personality and adjustment to life.
As a Registered and Board Certified Art Therapist, I utilize art and creative therapies for expression of emotions, feelings and to problem solve. This form of therapy works well with children and adolescents.
