We will discuss and practice how to become aware of mind/body and spiritual awareness, stressors, acceptance, and ways to grow. NEW Holistic Spiritual Supervision & Support Group
Started 6/2020 Bi-WEEKLY Supervision Group or HALF A DAY Experiential WORKSHOP: I Offer 4 CEU's for "Stress Management & Resiliency Workshop to Prevent Clinician and/or Client Burnout," as requested. Learn about the mind/body connection to stress, where it settles in your body, and how to breathe out the stress of old feelings and current triggers. Practice many stress management techniques; Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT), EFT/Tapping, deep breathing, meditation/mindfulness, and guided imagery to create your "Resiliency Routine (C)." Since stress accumulates and can lead to psychosomatic illness, learn techniques to practice daily to enhance your mindful calmness.
