About
You wish there was someone who understood you; someone you could talk to without being judged or made to feel bad about your feelings. You’ve suffered a great loss and you haven’t been the same since. You’re wondering if the pain will ever go away and if you’ll ever be happy again. Life has been hard and you’ve questioned if it’s even worth living. You’re bombarded with mental images, thoughts, or reminders about a trauma that won't seem to go away. Grief and trauma have a way of changing our entire world. You desperately want to feel hope again. Or maybe you're experiencing stress and worry about other major life transitions.
I am trained in many different therapy approaches, including but not limited to EMDR, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Family Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have years of experience serving individuals as young as 3 and as mature as 80+. I offer individual, group, and family counseling. I also offer Christian counseling if requested.
Whether you’re coping with a death, divorce, life transitions, or any other type of loss, I am well equipped to help you transform your own story of grief and trauma or create the life you've imagined. My name is Schiviena Crawley. Please take a look at my website and email me before scheduling your first session. Peace to you on your journey!
