I have extensive clinical experience with a variety of ages from adolescence through later in adulthood. I bring a unique perspective to my practice as a Licensed Psychologist (4865), a Certified School Psychologist, and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. I use a collaborative and practical approach in working with my clients.
I inform my approach to addressing client goals using strategies from evidence-based interventions including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Groups
Middle School Support Group
Middle School can be a challenging time. Group members are grouped based upon common goals and interests. Members build relationships with one another and work on skills such as interpersonal, mindfulness, conflict resolution and coping. The groups run weekly over the course of a traditional school year and the members learn to support and give feedback to one another in a thoughtful and caring manner.
