All of these issues may lead to anxiety, depression, or even substance use. I love working with clients igniting hope, believing no one is left to go through adversity alone. I'm a Licensed Counselor, Licensed Practical Nurse, Holistic life Coach, Certified Aroma Specialist, and Energy Healer, who enjoys working with people. My personal life experience with issues like trauma help me completely understand how you feel, which is important.

Although I have worked with children, adolescents, and couples in the past; my ideal clients are individual adults seeking to reduce or eliminate symptoms generally associated with trauma including but not limited to anxiety and depression. These symptoms are also often present in disorders such as PTSD, ADHD, Bi-Polar, OCD, Addictions, and Grief. My goal is to help individuals navigate these issues to achieve a better life experience. I believe every client deserves to be heard, experience unconditional positive regard, a sense of acceptance, belonging, and value, and experience a reasonable amount of joy.
