I specialize in relationships! I have been a therapist for over fifteen years and continue to learn everyday. I believe therapy is more than simply listening. I will actively listen, reflect, and challenge you, your partnership, or your family to grow. I have a lot of experience helping parents who are concerned about their adult children who are struggling with mental illness and/or addiction. I am also trained in ART which helps people heal from traumatic experiences using bilateral eye movements. I am a systemic thinker and approach my work through a social justice lens.
My practice consists of adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I help people experiencing family conflict, romantic relationship struggles, compassion fatigue, anxiety/depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I am culturally and LGBTQIA+ affirming.
I enjoy working with fellow therapists, motivated couples, and families of all kinds. I believe the most important thing in successful therapy is a good connection between the client/s and the therapist.
