I enjoy helping clients who feel stuck with some aspect of their lives get unstuck and experience more joy and peace. I like getting to the heart of issues as efficiently as possible so we can begin working on finding answers and solutions. I love it when I see the lightbulb come on for clients who have felt in the dark for years. This process begins by discussing the challenges a client is facing and noticing areas of strong emotion. From there, we explore those strong emotions and note what core issues might be driving these feelings. It's a powerful process of discovery that helps bring complex issues into focus.

I was diagnosed autistic when I was eighteen years old. Sitting in that office, being talked down to by my psychologist is the exact moment I knew I wanted to be a therapist. I deeply wished I had someone like me to talk to, and I wanted to be that person for someone else. Of course, therapy means more than talking to someone with your lived experience, but I find it to be a useful jumping off point when working with my clients. I know what it's like to try to navigate neurodivergence and queerness, and not feeling my best. I believe I can help you.

I help a variety of individuals and their loved ones navigate OCD, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and trauma. I am attuned to the unique challenges that come with autism and ADHD. I have experience with body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), social skills challenges, and other related concerns. Whether you’re seeking help for your child, desire to improve your relationships/parenting, or are an adult looking for support, I offer a safe, understanding space to address your needs.

I have seen many clients come in with a huge weight on their shoulders. They need someone to talk to, someone who can validate their experience and someone who can help them see that there is hope. It is such a privilege to sit with clients, hear their stories, strive to understand their pain and show them that relief and healing are possible.

As a therapist at Scenic View Clinic, a significant portion of clients I work with are on the autism spectrum and/or managing other neurodiversities. In conjunction with these specializations, I am affirming of LGBTQ+ clients, and bring expertise working with clients with intellectual disabilities, chronic illness including diabetes, and dual diagnoses
