As a pastoral counselor, I work with individuals, couples, and families to develop insight into their challenges. Sometimes we just need a judgement free and supportive environment to share our struggles. Stress, worry, and anxiety can weigh us down. Past life experiences can hinder us from being in a place of peace. My goal is to walk with and provide wholistic care to restore hope and help clients achieve a happy, fulfilling, and abundant life.
I am an ordained minister and Pastoral Counselor, whose mission is to offer a safe space and to bring hope, healing, and wholeness to individuals, families, and communities by providing spiritually grounded and psychologically informed care and counseling.
I have a diverse background that includes working with individuals and families in crisis for many years. I have lived in urban areas of Florida and Texas, a native fishing village in Alaska, and about everywhere in between. My life experiences have made me compassionate and passionate about walking alongside others on their journey.
