My name is Scarlett Ritoch and I am a LMFT practicing in California. As a therapist, I strive to provide an accepting, safe space where you can bring your authentic self without fear of judgment. I enjoy working with individuals of diverse backgrounds who are seeking to better understand themselves and the causes of discontentment in their lives.
I use a client-centered approach, that acknowledges the client as the expert of their own life. I also use CBT, narrative, and solution-focused interventions. I believe there is no 'one size fits all' version of therapy, tailoring my approach to what each client needs and wants.
