After more than 20 years of working with children and families in the school system, I now offer my services virtually in order to reach and support more people. Over the years, my work has expanded to include concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem, and other challenges that impact daily life. Navigating family and personal relationships is also a central focus of my therapy.
From our first session together, you can expect to have goals to work towards and a clear plan to achieve your goals. You will feel comfortable and encouraged that change is possible and brighter days are ahead. More than anything I want you to feel supported and know that we will work together to overcome challenges. You're not on this journey alone.
