As a mom, grandmother, small business owner I understand the difficulties in finding balance work/life, mind, body, & spirit. I'm work with clients struggling with addiction, relationships with food, bipolar, and dual diagnosis. I am LGBTQIA+ and kink friendly. You will find that I create non-judgmental space in which anyone seeking help will be accepted.
