I offer Integrative, creative and evidence-based therapy modalities. Psychotherapy can help you lower anxiety and depression and help you achieve your best self.
I work with adults and teens and offer traditional up to date counseling techniques; CBT and DBT and creative modalities. Along with traditional talk therapy, I offer creative counseling choices of art and Sandplay Therapy; you create a symbolic representation of your world with miniatures in a sand tray which facilitates communication in a calming way.
It can be difficult to reach out and ask for assistance, but you can, and you do not have to hesitate or suffer alone, with more than 20 years’ experience as a teacher and a therapist, I have the confidence to walk with you.
