Waitlist for new clients
I offer therapy in-person and virtually.
Waitlist for new clients currently. You don’t think therapy has worked for you in the past. You feel alone and find it difficult to be yourself, even with family and friends. Maybe TikTok is the only place you feel seen. This might be because of loss or the family you grew up in, past religious experiences, the exploration of your identity or a chronic medical concern. I believe that there is a solution for everyone. It doesn’t always look the same, but I’m willing to stick with you to find out what that solution is and what works well for you.

Things can get better. I know it can be hard to believe that. Give me the opportunity to help you find what better looks like for you. It can be hard to reach out and ask for help, especially in a culture that encourages us to go it alone. But everyone needs help sometimes, and if you reach out to me I promise to meet your courage with warmth and compassion.

If you've been through a traumatic event, you may find it difficult to go about your usual, everyday life. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, or all of the above. These things are hard to talk about, so it is my ultimate goal to create a welcoming, comfortable space for you to process these experiences.

I offer therapy sessions in-person, with a box of sensory toys right beside your chair, or online!
It's my greatest honor to be able to walk alongside you as you journey through counseling. I practice a holistic approach, focusing on how your body, heart, and mind encounter your season’s difficulties. In addition to looking at your own life, I find it important to place you in your life’s context, examining the structures and systems that may be contributing to the challenges you’re facing. I utilize person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and emotion focused therapies with brain-body connection interventions all through the lens of supporting and empowering you. I hope we can take this chance to meet who you were born to be!

We are living in an unprecedented and quite frankly, a very scary world, these days. There's so much to deal with on a daily basis. Add in other typical life challenges and we feel overwhelmed, worried, exhausted and drained. Feelings of depression and anxiety have increased in both adults and children. Most children struggle with knowing how to identify their stressors and how to verbalize their feelings. All they know is that their brain feels like it's on fire. They tend to have more meltdowns or shutting down. They get dysregulated and then we get dysregulated and before we know it, we have a power struggle on our hands.

Life as it is isn’t working for you. Perhaps you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, unsettled, or stuck. Perhaps you struggle to find joy in the present moment. Perhaps you are facing challenges in the relationship you have with yourself or with those you love.

Therapy for people who hate counseling - if that sounds like you, you're in the right place. If you're feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about life in general, I've got you. Juggling life and work and kids (or just one of those things!) is exhausting, and we can work together to strengthen your mental health and help you feel better, stronger, and the most content you can be. Maybe you're feeling "things are fine, but there's a big transition coming up that I really want to be prepared for." I have a simple, straightforward style that includes action items at each session to help you see real change in your life.

I offer therapy sessions in-person or online.
Anxiety doesn’t always give a heads-up. Sometimes it hits out of nowhere—your heart races, your chest tightens, and everything feels overwhelming. These moments often stem from old wounds or pain you thought you were “over.” Facing it is hard, but you don’t have to do it alone. Healing takes time, and with the right support, it gets lighter. We’ll work through what’s holding you back so you can feel more grounded and like yourself again. Whenever you’re ready, I’m here to take that first step with you.

You may be a new or expecting mother trying to hold it all together—navigating sleepless nights, shifting identities, or the grief of loss. You may feel pressure to enjoy every moment, while inside you wrestle with sadness, fear, or the sense that you’ve lost yourself. Or you may not be a mother at all, yet still feel like your truest self has not been born. On the outside you appear capable, but inwardly you feel anxious, unseen, or unfulfilled. What you want is relief, steadiness, and hope. You long to feel whole again, confident in your role, and connected to the life you are living today.
