Seeking therapy can be difficult, and it can be hard to talk about issues with debilitating symptoms. As a Licensed Master Social Worker, my goal is to meet you where you are, build a strong therapeutic relationship, and develop treatment plans that are specific to you as an individual. I work with adults (17+) with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. I have experience with medical social work, managing chronic pain and illnesses, grief, suicide prevention, and military and veteran populations.
