I have been in the helping business for the last 25 years. My vast experiences in life have given me insights that enable me to help clients who suffer from relationship issues within their marriage, their families, their social environment and within their work place. I have also had great success working with clients who suffer from addictions (drugs, alcohol, sex, pornography, etc.) and co-dependency issues. My experiences as a teacher helps me work with adolescent issues related to anxiety, depression, behavior, self-esteem, sexuality, gender, etc.

It has been over 20 years in being in the mental health field. I have worked for the state and private. It is my focus to do CBT with focus on person-centered therapy approach. My experiences has ranged from group to individual therapy. I have addressed multiple of mental health issues. It has been my experience in working with adults and children. I have addressed relationship stressors consisting of marriages and family. It has been my pleasure in working for Lifestance Health since 2021.

Richard Tedesco, LPC Richard Tedesco is a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina who has been practicing since 2015. He received his MS in Counseling from Fitchburg State University. Richard draws on a person-centered, eclectic approach to best meet the needs of the client to challenge and replace irrational thoughts and to empower them to utilize their strengths to meet their goals.
