I am passionate about helping individuals who are having difficulty with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, adjustments, coping with past trauma, and seeking emotional well-being and overall growth. My counseling approach is individualized and client-centered. I love to work with cognitive behavioral strategies, behavioral approaches, trauma informed treatment, solution focused therapy, goal setting, problem solving, emotion focused therapy, mindfulness related CBT, and biopsychosocial approaches. I am also able to work with teens and with families in overcoming difficulties.
