Hi. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Provider (CCATP), and owner of Better Mind - Better You, LLC. We believe we everyone experiences roadblocks from time to time and those blocks come in many forms (anxiety, trauma, depression, boundaries, grief, etc) and impact our lives in unhealthy ways. When we learn to understand those roadblocks and figure out ways to manage them and/or remove them we can move forward with the specific goals we have for our own lives. I’m a retiree of the US Army and US Public Health Service with 25 years of experience working with active duty military, police, emergency responders and helping those that have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, mood instability or unmanageable anger. I provide a safe, affordable, therapeutic method of managing whatever problem you are facing.

I’m a firm believer in what a person thinks, affects the way they feel, which ultimately affects the way they act. I was a clinical psychologist in the US Army for 24 years and now provide counseling services in the local community.
