I offer online or in-person therapy on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
It's hard to look in the mirror and not recognize yourself anymore. Maybe you are doing a dance with anxiety and depression, or find yourself battling stress to the point where it feels like there's no end. You may be hoping to begin a healing journey, so you can keep doing what you love to do and reconnect with the person you used to be. You might be seeking a healthier balance between all the pieces of your world: work, relationships, physical health, and more. If you're looking for a safe space to process past experiences, embrace the present, and create a healthier future, you're not alone, and I would love to support you.

Just by choosing to explore this page tells me you have found the courage to seek help. If your car runs poorly, you take it to a mechanic. If you experience sickness in your body, you make a visit with your health care provider. But when your mental & emotional life is not going well, what do you do? You invest some time with a counseling professional.

I’m here, ready to walk with you toward something infinitely more.

You are overwhelmed. You're tired. It feels like you’re floating through life, incapable of finding solid ground. Everything is harder than it should be, including your closest relationships. When is there even time to breathe, let alone solve a lifetime’s worth of problems? That seems heavy. Can I hold some of it for you? Let’s take a deep breath together and try to solve this puzzle one piece at a time.

Currently seeing clients both telehealth and face to face, dependent on need.
Wearing masks is exhausting - are you ready to find your authentic self? Struggling with boundaries, authenticity, or being assertive? Are you finding that you are unsure of who you are anymore, due to the "hard stuff" life has thrown at you? We wear masks when we don't accept ourselves or feel others will either; believing we must play a certain part in order to be accepted. And acceptance is what we all want to feel. I believe the roots of things we have experienced in our lives, be them small traumas, big traumas, or any memorable moments in between - culminate who we become, how we act/react, and how we see ourselves.

Hi. I’m Brad, a professional therapist and founder of Greenville Counseling. I like to think of therapy as having my own personal trainer, specialized in areas where I need it most. As a therapist, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and free to be yourself. Together, we'll explore areas in which you are stuck and feeling frustrated, while also building on your strengths and creating practical steps toward healing and growth. Bottom line: Your story matters to me, and I'd love to be a part of your story! And if you're a couple desiring counseling, I have years of experience.

You wake up dreading the day—oppressive work stress, the ache of not fully belonging, or grief that won't follow a timeline. Maybe you've been pushing through so long you've forgotten how tired you actually are. Those feelings aren't your enemy. They're telling you something important. Therapy isn't about getting rid of them—it's about finally being able to hear them. Together, we'll create a safe space where you feel heard, and where the right questions can help you find your own answers and solutions that are consistent with your values. Therapy is rewarding but hard work, and I'm committed to supporting you in the process.

Searching for the right therapist for yourself, your child, or your family can feel overwhelming. You may have tried everything you can think of to help, yet things still feel difficult. Perhaps your child is struggling with anxiety, big emotions, behavioral challenges, or the effects of a stressful or traumatic experience. Maybe family relationships feel strained, or you're carrying the weight of caring for everyone else while quietly struggling yourself. You don't have to navigate this alone.

I offer therapy sessions in-person or online via video.
I will be on maternity leave from August 31st, 2026, through November 29th, 2026. Welcome to Season of Change LLC! Life can be beautiful and joyful, but it can also be difficult and challenging. Those challenges can lead to feelings of loneliness, depression, anxiety, shame, anger, and stress among others and those negative thoughts are a vicious cycle that can ultimately lead to unwanted and undesired behaviors. Before you know it, you don’t feel in control anymore. What if I told you that the cycle doesn’t have to continue? That you are worthy and capable of stopping that cycle with your own strengths and abilities?

What is trauma? Trauma is any experience we face that we have never gone through before. Trauma isn't what happens to us, it's what happens inside of us. We learn how to manage our current situations by our past experiences. If you've been feeling unlike yourself lately, unable to manage things you could before, or constantly struggling with interpersonal relationships, it could be because you haven't developed the skills to navigate through what life is currently throwing at you. We don't chose the childhood we were given, or the challenges we are faced with, but we DO choose how we control the one thing we can: ourselves.

We can meet in person or virtually, whichever is most comfortable for you!
Learning to hold space for your feelings rather than fight them often opens the door to healing, self-compassion, and lasting change. I believe that emotions carry valuable information, and when we learn to listen to them, we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves. By identifying your strengths, increasing self-awareness, and practicing new ways of relating to yourself and others, therapy can become a space for growth, healing, and living more authentically.

FAQ - About In Person Therapy
What are the benefits of in-person therapy?
In-person therapy offers several benefits that some people find highly valuable for their mental health treatment. Being present in the same room as your therapist can create a stronger sense of connection and allow for more nuanced communication through body language. Some people may also find it easier to focus in therapy when they are in a dedicated space and away from potential distractions related to home or work; attending an in-person session provides a clear boundary between therapy time and the rest of your life. For certain therapeutic approaches, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), exposure therapy, or somatic therapy, being in person may be particularly important, as these therapies benefit from the therapist being able to observe and respond to a client’s physical cues effectively. Additionally, some individuals simply feel more comfortable discussing sensitive or painful topics when they are face-to-face with their therapist rather than on a screen.

When should I choose in-person therapy over online therapy?
In-person therapy may be a better choice when you need a structured therapeutic environment separate from your daily life, when you find it difficult to focus or feel comfortable in an online setting, or when privacy at home is a concern. It may also be more appropriate if you are dealing with severe mental health symptoms that require close monitoring or if your therapy involves approaches that rely heavily on observing physical cues. On the other hand, if convenience, scheduling flexibility, or access to specialists outside your immediate area are priorities, online therapy may be a better fit. Many therapists offer both options, so you can also discuss with a provider which format might work best for your specific situation.

How do I find an in-person therapist?
You can use Psychology Today's therapist directory to find an in-person therapist in your area. You can search by location, insurance accepted, specialty areas, therapeutic approaches, and other criteria to narrow down providers who meet your needs. Each therapist profile includes information about their credentials, areas of expertise, and whether they offer in-person sessions. Once you have identified potential therapists, you can contact them directly through the directory to schedule an initial consultation and determine whether they are a good fit before committing to ongoing treatment. When reaching out, it can be helpful to confirm their availability for in-person appointments, their office location, and whether they accept your insurance.
