I see clients in person and virtually Tuesday - Friday.
Imagine a future in which your internal voice is confident. You are able to recognize and manage your emotions without feeling overwhelmed by them. You feel capable of communicating your needs effectively. You set healthy boundaries with others and realistic expectations for yourself. You no longer struggle with people pleasing. You are present, not stuck thinking about the past or worrying about what has yet to come. This future is possible and you don’t have to get there by yourself.

Whether your child is having big feelings they don't know how to express or you're an athlete who's feeling the weight of expectations, this is the place to unpack it all. I work with little ones through play, helping them process life in the language they know best: creativity and connection. And I work with athletes who are navigating perfectionism, identity, and strengthening mental game. In either case, we slow down, get curious, and build skills that actually work!

Whether you are trying to reconnect with your partner, working through life transitions, or attempting to help your child feel more confident heading into the upcoming school year, I am ready to help.

I provide both in person and telehealth services.
I believe that at some point in our lives, we are faced with situations that are too difficult to overcome on our own. I know I have faced situations like this, and almost everyone I know has found themselves one of these situations. Sometimes, that situation involves difficulty processing and coping with our emotional state, whether that's from changes in life, or from no clear cause. Sometimes we just need to talk through it and work through our emotions, whatever the cause may be. I know that many of us are unable to seek treatment due to scheduling. I offer appointments after hours and on weekends.

People often come to counseling because they want something in their lives to change—whether that’s improving personal or family relationships, resolving a specific problem, or finding a healthier sense of balance. Counseling can be both exciting and challenging, but the ultimate goal is always growth and positive change.

I offer therapy both in person and virtually, allowing flexibility for women balancing full lives, careers, and motherhood.
Are you a high-achieving woman or mother who feels overwhelmed, anxious, and exhausted by the constant responsibility you carry? You're capable and ambitious, yet stuck on a hamster wheel of work, family, and expectations. You long for more balance, freedom, and ease without sacrificing success. You want to slow down, care for yourself deeply, improve communication in your relationships, and build a life that feels nourishing rather than draining. If you are tired of hustle culture, boss babe energy, and pushing yourself past your limits, therapy can be a place to finally exhale.

You've tried therapy before but it wasn't helpful; it was painful to stir up the past and difficult to put words to overwhelming emotions. You're ready to find freedom from unhealthy habits or relationships, but feel stuck. You're searching for something new, and are ready to put yourself first. Art therapy can support you differently, to help bring calmness and clarity to your thoughts and feelings. You’re tired of wearing a proverbial mask pretending everything is fine. You’re ready to get your life back in balance. It takes courage to ask for support, especially when you're used to handling everything on your own.
