Secondly, most of us have developed unhealthy coping strategies to deal with the challenges. Our old ways of coping cause conflict in our most important relationships today. Together we will identify and understand these behaviors, learn new skills and uncover our authentic self. Only then we will achieve our goals. Change is possible!
