20's/30's Women's Process Group
SC Nealy leads an in-person weekly process group for those identifying as female in their 20s and 30s on Mondays at 5p-6:15p three times a month. Each group is capped at 8 participants and focuses on self-compassion, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, interpersonal skills building, self-advocacy, identity formation, and more. 12-Week Religious Trauma Support Group
Returning May 19, 2026 virtually, this 12 week group will focus on psychoeducation around religious trauma, breaking down shame/judgment, restructuring relational patterns, exploring identity outside of religious doctrines, purity culture, perfectionism, boundary setting, and increasing autonomy in individual choices toward or away from spirituality and/or religion. This group is open to anyone from any religious background and is intended to help clients reach their own personal goals for religion which may include staying in a religion, growing in a religion, or leaving a religion. All states are welcome.

Queer Women's Process Group (40+ Years Old) - Virt
SC Nealy will be leading an ongoing virtual process group for queer women, late in life lesbians, and sapphic folx over the age of 40+ years old looking to form community, practice interpersonal skills, improve attachment styles, and find support in queer spaces on Fridays from 7:45am - 9am.
