As a clinical social worker, I believe that each person’s individual life experiences influence our ability to interact, trust, form and sustain close, meaningful relationships with one another. One of my greatest passions is partnering with people who want to take ownership over the happenings in their life. When we work together you can expect a safe space to explore your unspoken thoughts, doubts and fears without judgement.
My practice is rooted in the belief that all individuals are deserving and worthy of happiness. And my approach to working with clients is collaborative so the two of us can problem solve together while you build on your own strength and happiness. I often incorporate mindfulness and meditation practices in my work while utilizing CBT techniques.
