My approach is rooted in consent - so we will collaborate in shaping sessions that allow for you to explore Self and Being gently, compassionately, and at your own pace. I love letting therapy be creative. If expanding therapy beyond talking feels right, we can explore a myriad of Mindfulness practices and Gestalt experiments together.
