I work to create an environment that feels supportive, respectful, and collaborative. Together we will explore your challenges and find ways to get unstuck. Sometimes our goal may be to decrease the severity of symptoms, and sometimes it may be to understand what is missing in your life.
My treatment modality focuses on the integration of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, identifying the patterns that keep you stuck in your situation. I work with you to identify concrete actions you can take to make the changes you want. I incorporate into my work somatic processing, Buddhist psychology, mindfulness, neuroscience, and, very often, humor.
