My approach is simple, but effective. I utilize a relational approach to address and resolve the underlying issues causing stress or angst in your life and relationships.
I create an open, positive, and non judgmental therapeutic environment for you to explore, reflect, and build self awareness about what you are struggling with. You will have the opportunity to not only learn, but actively practice the necessary coping skills to successfully navigate life’s stresses and challenges.
In therapy you will develop the tools and
strategies to cope with stress and improve your relationships with others and most importantly, with yourself.
I have specialized training in treating children/families but also have expertise working with young adults, adult ADHD, anxiety/depression, providing special needs parent support, guidance through life transitions, and women's mental health.
