I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Savannah and I care about helping people feel safe, welcomed, and listened to. I work primarily with teens, college students, and young adults, but I am happy to work with anyone in need. I offer support for depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions/adjustments, relational difficulties, and self-esteem. I strive to be welcoming of all identities, ethnicities, cultures, and beliefs and work to create a safe and comforting environment for everyone. I believe that it is important to simply listen and understand, allowing people to make choices for themselves and set their own goals for therapy.
I practice a relational and client-centered approach to therapy, often emphasizing empathy, empowerment, and self-awareness. I work to tailor sessions to meet each client’s unique needs drawing from various evidence-based modalities including: Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Gottman Method, Trust-Based Relational Intervention.
I feel incredibly grateful to sit and walk alongside clients as they explore their feelings, gain insight and self-awareness, and increase their self-esteem and autonomy. I look forward to collaborating with you to create a healing space that works for you!
